Job Description

As an inside sales associate your primary responsibility is to provide a high level of customer service and the selling of our products and services. Your job will be performed in the showroom of our company store. Your daily duties are as follows.

Daily Duties:

• Development and retention of department teammates.
• Building customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Providing tire and auto products and services.
• Creating results for teammates, customers and the company: Know all sales, service and freedom plan goals on a daily and monthly basis and work towards meeting these goals.
• The merchandising, advertising and promotion of products and services.
• Assist in the selection, coaching and development of store associates.
• Energetic responsiveness and communicate a welcoming nature to every customer on the phone and in store.
• Attention to each customer’s needs: documenting and determining the best response and solution to a wide variety of situations.
• Communicate accurately to sales teammates and technicians to establish time commitments that meet our standards and exceed our customer expectations.
• Timely scheduling of daily appointments.
• Managing the work flow of appointment.
• Creating work orders with clear instructions of customer concerns and instructions for technicians to carry out.
• Follow proper checkout procedures: explaining all services performed, warranties and options to the customer. Always thanking customers for their visit and showing an overall appreciation for their patronage.
